Linda Roggenburg

Linda Roggenburg has been drawing, painting and selling her art on the east and west coasts since the early 1980s.She studied art and architecture at the <></>University of Oregon, earning her Master of Architecture degree in 1986.

She has a passion for capturing the moment in watercolors and pastels.Her art has been exhibited and sold along the Oregon Coast, in Eugene, Salem, and Portland, and around Puget Sound.She is a member of the Yaquina Art Association, the Newport Chamber of Commerce, and the Central Coast Unitarian University Fellowship.Her current work includes designing new houses on the coast.

On October 1, her work will also be on exhibit in Newport at the Edge Gallery, Sports Therapy, Yaquina Art Association Gallery, and the Visual Arts Center, as well asthe Drift Inn in Yachats.

The works of artist Linda Roggenburg are featured in the exhibit "Big Art in a Little Building" through the weekend at the Cloe-Niemela-Clark Gallery at the Yaquina Art Center.

...Roggenburg received a degree in architecture from the University of Oregon in Eugene.She is known locally for her "house portrait" business, painting and drawing local homes, businesses, and churches.She is a member of the Yaquina Art Association and the Greater Newport Chamber of Commerce.

The Cloe-Niemela-Clark Gallery at the Yaquina Art Center is located at the Nye Beach turnaround, Newport.

Linda Roggenburg and Jeanetta Hodges, members of Yaquina Art Association will have their work featured Dec. 11 through Dec. 24 at the YAA gallery next to the Nye Beach Turnaround in Newport.

...Roggenburg has created a fantasy mixed-media show of night waves crashing to shore under a copper moon and sky of shooting stars.She has been drawing, painting and selling her art on the east and west coasts since the early 1980s.She studied art and architecture at the University of Oregon, earning her master of architecture degree in 1986.

Roggenburg is a member of the Yaquina Art Association, Newport Chamber of Commerce and Central Coast Unitarian Universalist Fellowship.She currently splits her time between painting watercolors and designing custom homes.*
