Paula Kolojeski has living and painting in New Jersey for thirty years . Working on location whenever possible, she captures the play of light, bringing the viewer into the moment with her. Because of the reflective nature of sand and sea, the beach is a great place to study these effects. as well as in the wooded areas near Princeton and occasionally much farther afield. She is a largely self-taught artist, and has a uniquely winning style that she has developed. Her choice of the Jersey shore as subject matter
is all the more important because most of her work is pre- Hurricane Sandy.
Her works are in private and corporate collections in this country, Canada, Europe and Asia.
