Madlyn-Ann C. Woolwich PSA, ISMP, PSWC, PSNF-DP, APOW

 

Madlyn-Ann C Woolwich was born and educated in Massachusetts, obtained BS and M.Ed degrees from Bridgewater College, MA, with further study at Parso’s School of Design, the American Academy of design, NYC, The University of Massachusetts and Brookdale College. She is the winner of over 135 awards locally, statewide nationally, and internationally.

 

She has written two books, Pastel Interpretations, and The Art of Pastel Portraiture.

She has been included in Who’s Who of American Women, Who’s Who in American Art, Who’s Who in American Education, Outstanding Artists of the Twentieth Century, International Who’s Who of Intellectuals, as well as AskArt.com.   She was one of 50 pastel artist with the designation Master Pastellist.

 

The French Impressionists strongly influenced her landscapes, flowers, gardens and still lives. She has exhibited in the following galleries:

Evergreen Gallery, Spring lake NJ; Art Forms Gallery, Red Bank, NJ ; Swain Galleries, Plainfield, NJ; Salamagundi Club, NYC; Rockport Art Association, Rockport, MA ; and Lupine Gallery, Mohegan Island, ME.

 

Her art has been included in exhibitions of the National Arts Club, Salmagundi Club, Cork Gallery of Lincoln Center, and Lever House in NYC. Museums include Monmouth Museum, Bergen Museum, and Newark, Hermitage, and Quincy Museum, IL .

 

She has been included in Who’s Who of American Woman; Who’s Who in American Art, and Who’s Who in the World. She has been included as well in Outstanding Artists of the 20th Century and International Who’s Who of Intellectuals. She was a national/international judge, juror, lecturer, and author, and a National Vice President for Knickerbocker Artists, USA.

 

Her works are in many corporate and private collections including:

American Embassy Uruguay, Collection of the Trump family, Mr and Mrs Vin Scully, Dow Jones Information Services, University of Florida.
