Constance Edith Punia (American, 1920-1917)
Constance Edith Punia was born Constance Edith Keller in Brooklyn NY where she married Abraham Punia and eventually moved to Brielle, New Jersey, on the Jersey Shore. She was a mid-century artist who was generally known for her abstract oils; she exhibited in New Jersey and New York City primarily in the 1960’s and 1970’s. In the early 1970's, her exhibit listings in Manhattan were noted in New York Magazine.
