Harry Hering (1887-1967)

Harry Hering  was a self-taught artist who lived and worked along the east coast.  Throughout his life he exhibited at Art Institute of Chicago,  Brooklyn Museum of Art, Carnegie Institute, International, Corcoran Gallery, Washington DC, Detroit Institute of Arts, National Academy of Design, Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts, and the Whitney Museum of American Art.
