IDA HOLTERHOFF HOLLOWAY (1866-1950)
Ida Holterhoff Holloway was born and worked in Cincinnati, Ohio and is known for her watercolors and landscapes. She was a charter member of the Cincinnati Women’s Art Club and an active member of the MacDowell Society and the Ohio Watercolor Society.
She studied painting under Frank Duveneck at the Cincinnati Art Academy. By the 1890s, she was teaching art in San Francisco and later in Cincinnati.
